What every project already includes
You do not need ongoing support to get started. Every implementation includes:
- 2 to 4 weeks of hypercare after go-live.
- Check-ins with your team after launch.
- Documentation of the setup.
- A trained super user who handles daily questions.
What ongoing support covers
- Fixing issues and answering your super user’s questions.
- Small changes: new properties, stages, views and permissions.
- New workflows and reports when your process changes.
- Training for new hires and refresher sessions.
- A quarterly review of your setup and reports.
- Advice on new HubSpot features and when to use them.
How it works
- Monthly retainer. We agree on its size based on how much help your team needs.
- No minimum term. You keep it as long as it is useful.
- Fast replies. We reply within 1 business day.
When you may not need it
If you have an experienced HubSpot admin or a strong super user, you may only need help now and then. In that case, book separate projects when you need them, such as a yearly HubSpot Audit or new Workflow Automation.
Example
We have worked with a UK car finance broker on an ongoing basis since late 2025. After we fixed lead capture and simplified the pipeline, we added a WhatsApp agent and a voice agent. Both write structured summaries back into HubSpot, so managers see what the AI handled.
