What the price includes
A full implementation covers everything your team needs to work in HubSpot from the first day:
- Analysis of your sales process: stages, exit criteria, handoffs and the reports leadership needs.
- Pipelines, deal stages and properties built around that process.
- Views and dashboards for each role: reps, managers and leadership.
- Core automations, such as follow-up tasks, lead routing and notifications.
- Data migration from your current CRM or spreadsheets, with a test import before the final one.
- Connection of email, calendar and the main tools your team uses.
- Role-based training and one trained super user.
- 2 to 4 weeks of hypercare after go-live, where we tune the setup to how your team works.
What changes the price
The price follows the amount of work, not the size of your company. The main factors:
- Teams and pipelines. One sales team with one pipeline takes less work than three teams in different countries, each with its own process.
- Hubs. Sales Hub only, or Sales Hub together with Marketing Hub and Service Hub.
- Integrations. Native integrations from the HubSpot App Marketplace take less time than custom API work, for example with an ERP or billing system.
- Data. The number of records, the number of sources, and how clean the data is.
- Enterprise features. Custom objects, team hierarchies and advanced permissions add design and testing time.
- Training. The number of users, roles and languages.
Costs to plan besides the implementation
- HubSpot licences. You pay HubSpot directly for your plan and seats. HubSpot changes its prices often, so check its pricing page. Which HubSpot plan do we need? helps you choose.
- Your team’s time. Your project owner spends a few hours each week on workshops, decisions and testing. See How involved does our team need to be?
- Support after the project. Optional. Some teams handle changes with their own super user. Others use our ongoing support.
How we set the price
- We start with an intro call to understand your team, your process and your goals.
- After the call, we send you a quote.
- For complex projects, the first step is a paid discovery. You get a document that describes your HubSpot architecture and the project plan. The price for the build is based on this plan.
